As a manager of business development with a career history spanning over 35 years in the Financial Services industry, Ric is experienced in recruiting and coaching staff, managing products and processes, and influencing change to create growth and achieve business objectives. His simple theory and passion for personal success is to focus on helping others succeed both professionally and personally. Ric established Zanetti Recruitment and Consulting in 2007, the specialist recruitment firm supporting the financial services industry.
Ben
On the back of completing his Masters in Human Resources (IR), Ben made the move to Brisbane from New South Wales in 2016. He has experience across the eastern seaboard. Ben’s previous roles included the recruitment of new staff, working with senior management on team performance improvement and coaching staff on both technical and soft skills. He is passionate about building the most effective teams possible. Now with over 4 years’ experience within ZRC, he offers a broad range of skills to both employers and candidates.

Russell
Russell’s career in professional services recruitment spans in excess of 20 years. He has run his own firm (Axiom) for the last 12. His professional relationships within public practice firms in the Queensland market are deep and broad. The strategic merger with ZRC in early 2019 means we can jointly provide a consolidated solution to an evolving market. One that sees a convergence of professional services and financial services as the latter drives toward becoming a profession.
