PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST – BRISBANE
Brisbane based national fund manager delivering solutions to institutional investors worldwide. The role is responsible for supporting the implementation of product development and maintenance functions, reporting function to senior management, the research and analysis of key strategic themes and assistance in the preparation of strategy presentations and documents for the executive and board. The candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong stakeholder management skill, excellent consultative and communication skills and understands the product management function.
They are one of the largest superannuation funds in the state. Their business offers a range of superannuation and retirement advice solutions. The fund is big enough to offer great services and nimble enough to make key decisions quickly. A great culture with no ivory tower in place!
The business has a genuine strong focus on in-house delivery of quality advice to members. Untapped opportunities to add value to members necessitates growth within the paraplanning team. You will be part of a team of experienced advisers who are fully supported by paraplanners and client service staff.
Our client drives the financial success of clients by ensuring a holistic approach to advice, including additional services tailored to align to their goals. They maximise their knowledge & unique alliance with accountants to ensure they can provide specific financial solutions.
Advice to clients ranges from cash flow management, wealth creation & wealth protection, debt management, superannuation, pre & post retirement planning & estate planning. In addition, clients receive a financial health assessment, ongoing review service, & access to a network of specialised consulting services.
This is a senior role in the team, managing existing client support, both workflow & performance. Scope to streamline business processes, create x-plan efficiencies, and complete paraplanning. Development, mentoring & progression opportunities to Advice.
Is relocating to Brisbane and has strong advice skills, an understanding of business structures, is CA qualified and ADFS and has 4 years financial planning experience. Early in the search process and discerning regarding the structure he wishes to be employed within. Ideally a PAYG role and infrastructure of support. Demonstrated competence in managing COI relationships and generating referrals.
LOCATION – Brisbane
FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT
Candidate has been in the financial planning industry for just under 4 years, providing advice (predominately risk) for just under 2 years. Development & mentoring required in retirement strategies. Holds a Masters of Business in Applied Finance, DFP and progressing with ADFP. Impressive motivation & drive to succeed. Experience with implementation & paraplanning using Xplan.
LOCATION – Brisbane or Gold Coast.

Client Service Manager
Candidate has experience with the financial planning process, client support & implementation, also client engagement. Enjoys improving Xplan processes ensuring general office efficiencies around business procedures. Degree qualified, finalising DFP.
LOCATION – Brisbane’s North Side.
PART TIME EMPLOYMENT – seeking 3 days per week
