Who Are We?
Founded in 2007, Zanetti Recruitment & Consulting is a specialist recruitment company servicing the financial services industry, a market we know intimately.
We have a vast knowledge of the financial services industry, have experience working in various environments and have built a strong network of contacts over more than 25 years.
The principal of Zanetti Recruitment & Consulting (ZRC), Ric Zanetti, has over 25 years' experience in the financial services industry. He has held roles in compliance, distribution management, product management, marketing and business development, consulting and financial planning. With his depth of experience, knowledge of the industry and connections, Ric is well placed to support your business goals.
Linda Anderson has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in Financial Planning and Retail Banking. She has held roles in financial planning including practice manager, state operations manager, and state para-planning manager as well as lending and branch management roles in retail banking. She has developed a wealth of experience in the areas of recruitment, coaching, people management and sales management, Linda is well placed to support your goals and business needs.
Having spent five years in HR roles within the retail industry, Anne-Marie entered the temporary recruitment field as a consultant. Prior to commencing a family, Anne-Marie moved payroll. Her career grew over six years to become 2IC payroll for a national food service retail company and payroll manager for a national airline. Anne-Marie is responsible for ZRC payroll (including contract staff) and accounts within the business.
Heidi Jakob joined ZRC as the Employment Services Manager and is now the Marketing/Digital Media and Communications Consultant. Heidi has held roles in marketing, public relations and client services. Heidi builds and maintains relationships with clients and is the point of contact for all candidates. Heidi supports Ric in the pro-active, fast-paced environment.
