STATE MANAGER

National diverse financial services firm delivering financial advice, lending, investment and legal/estate planning solutions.
This position has become available due to the current state manager taking a national role.  Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Advice, the person is responsible for the leadership and management of the financial planning and lending teams.
The role oversees sales, operations and compliance whilst ensuring the business development focus is maintained through personal demonstration on how done.
The successful individual will have demonstrated leadership and management with experience in the financial planning industry a must.

 

SENIOR CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER

Our client drives the financial success of clients by ensuring a holistic approach to advice, including additional services tailored to align to their goals. Maximising their knowledge & unique alliance with accountants ensures they can provide specific financial solutions.
Advice to clients ranges from cash flow management, wealth creation & wealth protection, debt management, superannuation, pre & post retirement planning & estate planning.
This is a senior role in the team, managing existing client support, both workflow & performance. Scope to run a critical eye over the business with x-plan processes, and further develop process mapping. The ability to streamline business procedures, create system & work flow efficiencies is desired.

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We have been exclusively engaged to secure a new staff member for the Queensland operation of a boutique fund manager.  The role will be responsible for the management of existing adviser relationships and new sales for their new Managed Account and existing product offer. You don’t need to have broad adviser relationships.  They prefer an enthusiastic, process driven person who has the maturity to challenge advisers in a respectful manner. You’re investment savvy. Someone with business acumen and can challenge the real value of advice with advisers. With Head office in Sydney, you are responsible for Qld and Northern NSW to Ballina.  They have a knowledgeable team to leverage with the ability to regularly engage with the most senior team members of the business.  Educationally focused role with autonomy to do your role.
